Albums

The Mini MX2 player is preloaded with three 90 minute music albums and a 60 minute visualisation to reduce stress, anxiety or tinnitus.

Album 1: Calming the Ear (90 minutes)

"Calming the Ear" contains frequencies that are soothing and will gently massage the ear while encouraging more responsiveness in a particular frequency range. This album can be used repeatedly to help habituate and prepare the ear for more advanced albums. Particularly good for those with tinnitus or hyperacusis.

Album 2: Opening the Ear (90 minutes)

"Opening the Ear" gradually introduces wider tonal fluctuations, giving the ear muscles a gentle workout, while simultaneously enticing the perception, through the auditory cortex, to stretch and open to higher frequencies. When the middle ear opens and becomes receptive to the higher frequencies, these frequencies can then stimulate the inner ear and begin to activate the auditory neural pathways.

A 15 minute visualization followed by calming Sound Therapy music, this album is an important part of auditory healing. It can be used daily if you are suffering from tinnitus, stress or anxiety. It is also beneficial as a general relaxation for anyone, to enhance your receptivity to Sound Therapy and enable the building of new and beneficial ear-brain connections.

MINI MX2 Player and Headphones

Weighing just 10 grams and as small as a book of matches, the MINI MX2 offers the convenience of Sound Therapy on the go as well as the flexibility to be used with most high quality headphones.

It has a built in rechargeable Lithium-ion battery with up to 8 hours of playback (AC charger included).

The MINI MX2 includes a set of premium Sennheiser headphones wiith in-line volume control. These earphones have been specially selected for compatibility with the MINI MX2 to optimise your listening comfort and results.

To ensure successful Sound Therapy listening we recommend that you only use these or the other headphones sold on this site. Not all headphones are suitable for use with the MINI MX2 or for Sound Therapy.

Level 2 Workbook

This is an essential element of the program which makes it possible for listeners using this program at home in their own time to experience the full benefits and support that would be offered through clinical treatment. It includes:

Personal one-on-one support

Free support is provided for most programs for 3 months (or 6 months for the Family Program) via an email-based Listener Support Program.

Additional professional support is available from qualified Senior Sound Therapist and Audiometric Officer Simone Carot Collins for a small fee. Simone is able to answer any questions you may have, review your progress, help you maintain motivation and ensure that any temporary setbacks, technical problems or health questions do not interfere with your listening results.

Simone brings 8 years of experience as a Sound Therapy consultant together with first-hand experience as a Sound Therapy user, and offers a wealth of knowledge for how to make the most of your program and other changes you can make to reap as much benefit from Sound Therapy as possible.

For best results, Simone recommends follow up consultations at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, and every 3 months thereafter until you reach your listening goal.
