Replacement of Faulty Products
Sound Therapy International proudly guarantees the quality of its tapes and CDs against manufacturing faults. Should you detect a manufacturing fault in the first 30 days, we will replace it at no cost. Very often a perceived fault is just a usage error or is part of the filtering process.
Because how your tapes or CDs are used over time is beyond our control, we charge a nominal handling fee of $15 per tape / CD for damage that is not due to a manufacturing fault.

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind about using the program or failure to get a certain result.
If you believe your tapes or CDs are faulty or that you have been shipped the wrong product, please contact us and we will exchange it for you.
Sound Therapy Products
Sound Therapy is a highly specialised therapy course, where the cassettes and CDs are recorded manually in real time on the highest quality media. Purchasing a music kit entitles you to free telephone support and advice.
