Orders are usually sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We will notify you as soon as possible of any known delay, such as items on back order or postal strikes.

Within Australia: All Sound Therapy programs are sent by registered post. Please allow a full week for items sent by registered post within Australia to arrive.

Internationally: Sound Therapy programs are sent by Express Post International (EPI) where possible, or by registered airmail. Parcels sent by EPI have a tracking code which enable you to check the progress of your delivery. Parcels sent via EPI to large cities usually arrive within a week; parcels sent to smaller towns or via airmail may take longer.

Please note that import restrictions in some countries, particularly the Middle East, may not make it possible to send Sound Therapy to you. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.

Listening Program

The Hearing and Tinnitus Kit listening program comprises four 90 minute music albums:

• Album 5 Mozart: Sinfonia Concertante for Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon and Horn; Minuets; Flute Concerto; Oboe Concerto. On this album, the wind instruments explore the upper melodies while the strings act as companion and harmoniser. Good for balancing different energies, activating the hearing and centering emotions. • Album 6 Handel: Harp and Flute Concerto; Harp Music; Classical Guitar. The beautiful calming melodies are mellow and soothing. This album progresses from minimal filtering right up to 8,000 Hz, so it completes the full range on one album. It is our most popular album and is helpful for sleep and tinnitus as well as being very enjoyable to listen to. Filtering: gradual, low to high
• CD 10 Mozart: Symphonies No. 29, 40, 39, 32. These symphonies are magnificently performed by the Czech Philharmonic and the Moscow Chamber Orchestra, and for greater enjoyment have been recorded with the Electronic Ear only - this means that the low frequencies have not been filtered out. Mozart's beautiful themes and bright spirits shine through in this music, making it uplifting and helpful for depression and the resolution of difficult emotions. • Deep Relaxation and Visualisation for Tinnitus This CD can be helpful in serious cases of tinnitus for people already using the basic Sound Therapy program. The CD commences with some calming suggestions, which tends to render the music more potent in its effect on this troubling and widespread condition.
