Postage
Orders are usually sent within 24 hours of receipt of payment. We will notify you as soon as possible of any known delay, such as items on back order or postal strikes.
Within Australia: All Sound Therapy programs are sent by registered post. Please allow a full week for items sent by registered post within Australia to arrive.
Internationally: Sound Therapy programs are sent by Express Post International (EPI) where possible, or by registered airmail. Parcels sent by EPI have a tracking code which enable you to check the progress of your delivery. Parcels sent via EPI to large cities usually arrive within a week; parcels sent to smaller towns or via airmail may take longer.
Please note that import restrictions in some countries, particularly the Middle East, may not make it possible to send Sound Therapy to you. If in doubt, please contact us before ordering.

These CDs use the special Sound Therapy filtering system devised by Dr Tomatis and refined over the last 20 years by Patricia and Rafaele Joudry. It is the activation and filtering of the music which renders it into a powerful herapeutic program for the ear and brain.
For the stories, the voice is filtered through the same process so that they become just as therapeutic as the music. The stories add interest for children and are excellent to use at bedtime.
DVDs
Training is provided via two DVDs, which will offer you a full understanding of the Sound Therapy program, including what to expect, what others have experienced and how to get best results, plus expert lectures, user testimonials, graphic anatomical examples and clinical results.
Workbook
This is an essential element of the program which makes it possible for listeners using this program at home in their own time to experience the full benefits and support that would be offered through clinical treatment. It includes:

- Listener Profile: a detailed self assessment system which will diagnose the need and areas of probable benefit of using Sound Therapy for you.

- Listeners Log and Progress Summary: a simple diary system for those who wish to use it which adds value to your program by increasing self awareness and reflection and assists your Consultant to provide more informed support.
